You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates in a small, friendly group — building genuine strength, improving your posture and discovering how good it feels to spend a little time looking after yourself. No experience needed. No pressure. Just a warm welcome and movement that meets you exactly where you are. Held at Darlington Pilates, 81 Bondgate, Darlington. Please note: the final session on 21st July will be at 7pm rather than 5pm.
